This picture was taken after a bath. She looks a little cocky, doesn't she? She hates baths, but loves how she feels after them.
Leslie and Zeus
Leslie is my younger sister. She sells OOAK Barbies on eBay under the ID sands_of_fire. She's big on Arabians. Anyone with an Arabian could show her its pedigree, and she'd know half the horses in it. Here she is with her little stud colt, Zeus, imagining he is a Scottsdale champion. And speaking of pedigrees, he's supposed to have a fancy pedigree himself... something with a "Magnum Psyche" on one side, and a "Padron" on both. Heck, I don't know! Just look at that fine conformation!
Thunder, mascot of the Denver Broncos
Left to Right: Ann, the rider of the Denver Broncos mascot Thunder; Leslie; Thunder; and me. We met them at the National Western Stock Show, in Denver. They were both very nice.
Colorado Sunrise
Isn't this awesome? It was taken through my bedroom window. Proof I get up early some days.
Janoliera and "Flirt"
This was my sister's other horse, Janoliera, and her new baby, Flirt (she's sold them both, now). Look how he's studying the shadows. This was taken the day after he was born. Janoliera was still bloody from giving birth to him.
"Mom, you're poking out my eye!"
Life as a Missionary Kid
Many people may not know that I grew up as a missionary kid, in Costa Rica. That's my dad holding my sister (right) and I (left). He pastored a church down there during much of our childhood.
